An independent department, directly under the Corporate Headquarters, carries out surprise audits of our operational, administrative and financial performance and sends feedback to our Corporate Headquarters/HR/Branches and clients for overall improvement in our services.
An independent Customer Care Cell, which operates from the Corporate Office, handles all issues reported by various branches based on the feedback received from clients and is resolved swiftly.
